When are the classes?

How do I enroll?
Once you have attended your FREE trial you will be provided with information that includes all the information also our friendly team will be happy to assist you in enrolling.
Do you offer trial sessions?
Yes, a FREE trial session will be offered which will enable you an opportunity to come and try a full session with no charge also to visit our club and learn more about Taekwondo and whether it’s a good fit for you.
How do I pay?
We charge on a monthly basis.
Are you closed during the holidays?
Five Lions Taekwondo Academy is open for most of the year and it will be closed for public holidays.
What happened if I miss the session that I have paid for?
We do our best to help facilitate lost time, however, this is only subject to space availability and at the discretion of the lead instructor.
What do I need?
Come to the training session with water, loose-fitting clothes, and a smile. Be prepared – you will have the most fun you have had in years!
What is the minimum age to start?
We welcome students that are 4 years old and over.
Do you do any classes for adults?
Yes, we do please inquire further with the instructors for more information.
Do I need special clothing? And if so how do I purchase one?
Yes, you will need a uniform and belt and once you become a member you will need to purchase this from Five Lions Taekwondo Academy ONLY. however, you don’t need a uniform for the FREE trial session.
Can I purchase my uniform from elsewhere?
No, we only allow members to wear Five Lions Taekwondo Academy branded uniforms which ONLY can be purchased from us.
Do you provide any classes for special needs?
We welcome everybody regardless of age or condition and aim to take special measures to ensure we accommodate individual needs. As each case and need can vary, we would advise you to call or email us on (we can enter Sediqi details here) and discuss your or your child’s needs, our team will be happy to help.
Can my child do fights?
Yes, Taekwondo is a full-contact sport and if your goal is to be a fighter we can help and guide you to reach your dream once you start your journey with us.
I would prefer if my child doesn’t do any full-contact activities during the sessions?
Yes, even though Taekwondo is a class as a full-contact sport but our professional creative coaches made this flexible to be suitable for all, if you are worried about your child being involved in full-contact activities, just talk to us when you are taking your trial session.
Do you have any female-only classes?
No, our classes are mixed gender but we always have many females who you can be paired with during activities.

When can I be a black belt?
We have Club Grading for members 4 times a year. your instructor will make an assessment as to whether you are ready or not for the upcoming Grading event. if you are ready to be graded you will receive a grading form If you don’t miss any grading it will take 3yrs to get your Black Belt.
Do you offer private classes?
Yes but we encourage all our members to do group training which will have many benefits, but for any reason, if you wish to have private one-to-one training, you can speak to us for more information.
